Traffic Leash:
A traffic leash is a shorter leash designed for close control of your dog. It typically measures around 18 to 24 inches in length, providing you with more control when walking in busy or crowded areas.

Purpose:

Ideal for busy environments like city streets, crowded parks, or places where you need to keep your dog close.

Gives you quick access to your dog for better control and safety.

Provides more control without the slack of a longer leash.

Great for training, especially for walking in high-traffic areas.

Traffic Handle:
A traffic handle is a handle that can be added to the end of a leash, often found on longer leashes or retractable leashes. It is a loop or handle that allows for easy, close-range control when you need it most.

Purpose:

Provides a quick, easy grip to control your dog in close situations.

Can be used on regular leashes or retractable leashes.
Benefits:

Offers extra control when needed without shortening the entire leash.

Gives you a secure grip for quick adjustments, especially in unpredictable situations.

Perfect for immediate control, such as in training or when approaching other dogs or people.

Key Differences:
A traffic leash is a complete, shorter leash, while a traffic handle is an additional handle for longer leashes.

The traffic leash offers consistent short-range control, while the traffic handle allows for flexible control depending on leash length.

For optimal care, all 2 Hounds Design products (unless otherwise specified) can be gently machine washed on the delicate cycle, without using fabric softener. Air dry away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity.

Beaded collars, embroidered pieces, and other delicate designs should not be machine washed. Instead, gently spot clean with a premium stain remover.

Many of the 2 Hounds Design products are custom-made to order, so shipping times vary. Freedom Harnesses and training leashes typically ship within 2-5 business days. Custom items like collars, single-connection leashes, Euro leashes, and jingle-free tags usually ship within 10-14 business days.

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive in 5 business days, depending on your location. All orders ship from Indian Trail, NC. Please allow additional time for international orders.

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned—whether your wiggle-monster couldn't sit still for measurements, or you misread the sizing chart. Don’t worry!

Unworn harnesses in new, unused condition (trying them on for sizing is fine) may be exchanged for the cost of shipping. Please reach out to us at bark@bitchnewyork.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.

Collars and single-connection leashes are custom-made to order, and we cannot accept exchanges for these items. However, if you need a remake, it can be accommodated for a fee. Double-check your size, width, and style before ordering to ensure it's the perfect fit. If an error occurs on the designer's end, they will remake the item at no charge.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and products must be in new, unused condition. Refunds will not be issued for used items, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, refunds do not include the original shipping fee.

Custom collars and single-connection leashes: 20% restocking fee

Unworn harnesses, training, and Euro leashes: No restocking fee

Personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase. If an error occurs due to the designer's production process, they will remake it at no charge.
